Subscription Basis: SEMAI services are offered on a subscription basis. You can choose a Monthly/Annual billing cycle.
SEMAI Cancellation Policy
If you sign up for SEMAI and find that it's not a perfect fit, you can send a cancellation request to assist@semai.ai
from your registered email address at any time.

Paid Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period.

Free Trials/Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect within 7 days of receipt of your request.
We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your cancellation request.
SEMAI Refund Policy
All sales are final. SEMAI does not offer refunds for subscription fees.
